As we expertly laid the flooring throughout the resort’s public spaces, a cohesiveness emerged. Culminating at the beautifully crafted grand stair, the white oak weaves its way through each room, creating a welcoming sense of continuity and warmth.

Lake Flato’s design combines the rustic charm of salvaged hardwoods and blackened steel with the modern aesthetic of an urban retail space. The hardwoods are pivotal in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while remaining true to YETI’s outdoor heritage.

Inspired by the rich history of Green Pastures, the architecture of the 1890s home, and even the peacocks that roam the grounds, Artisan Hardwood Floors worked with Joel Mozersky and Clayton Little to create a design that maintained the spirit of the house while renovating it from top to bottom. The 120-year-old hardwoods throughout the building required careful restoration.

Beautiful, character-filled Yellow Pine hardwoods were installed on the floors and walls of the restaurant. Our craftsmen then hand-finished each plank in place. The live-edge bar tops were also finished by our team, creating a seamless flow of wood throughout.

A traditional nail-down installation process was used by our Artisan Certified Professionals for the reclaimed Antique Pine floor at Uptown Sports Club. The entrance and bar areas feature a mosaic tile pattern, which we carefully scribed the wood floor around perfectly. The pine was then finished in place by our craftsmen using Bona Commercial finishes.
