Mattie's at Green Pastures

MATTIE’S at Green Pastures, ATX - Inspired by the rich history of Green Pastures, the architecture of the 1890s home, and even the peacocks that roam the grounds, Joel Mozersky and Clayton Little created a design that maintains the spirit of the house while renovating it from top to bottom.

The 120-year-old hardwoods throughout the building required careful restoration. Locally sourced and reclaimed, Antique Heart Pine was used to repair areas on the existing floor and stairs. Then, all of the hardwoods were hand-finished in place by our team of craftsmen to match the design of the space. To carry the same feel of the hardwoods into the outdoor entertaining spaces, we also provided custom-finished soffit material for the updated patios.
