We take great pride in what we do - not only in crafting exceptional hardwood floors but also in nurturing and empowering our talented team. A successful career in the hardwood flooring industry is built on a solid foundation of knowledge, skills, and experience. The Artisan Certified Professional program provides exclusive training on a straightforward career path.

The Artisan Certified Professional (ACP) apprenticeship program is one of four like it in the country and the first in Texas to offer this type of hands-on training. The program commits to providing a well-rounded curriculum based on personal improvement, business and technological knowledge, and additional high-level flooring industry training.

Offering the employee and company a much less structured approach based on goals and personal pursuits. Employees can grow from apprentice to journeyman in 3+ years - depending on their personal goals.
